  2. What turns people away from the website?
  3. What persuades people to convert?

  • friend's recommendation
  • Google search for unrelated terms (accident)

By understanding different audiences, you can then:

  1. Pick the best customer segment that aligns with your business strategy
  2. Design the customer experience and messaging for that segment.
